Locate serial number


First, locate the serial number on your handlebars. The number will look like “Founders’ Batch 001”. 


Register online


Visit https://flit.bike/warranty-registration/

Fill in your details and serial number.

We’ll check your details against our records, then send you a confirmation with your warranty information.

You can find the full Warranty Terms and Conditions here.

Please note that your warranty will not be valid unless your register your ebike.
