How to validate your FLIT bike warranty

LOCATE SERIAL NUMBER

FLIT-16 - First, locate the serial number on your handlebars. The number will look like “Founders’ Batch 001”.

The M2 - first locate the serial number on the down tube of the frame. The number will look like "SN24M2A0001"

Fill in your details and serial number.

We’ll check your details against our records, then send you a confirmation with your warranty information.

Please note that your warranty will not be valid unless your register your ebike.
