Does the FLIT-16 have gears?
The FLIT-16 has a single speed (one gear) set up, perfect for city riding. The responsive torque sensor / rear hub motor system means that the motor is essentially doing the gearing for you. The ebike detects how hard you’re pedalling, and then the motor amplifies your pedalling effort, so the harder you’re pedalling (e.g. when you’re going up a hill), the more boost you’ll get from the motor.
The ebike also has 5 different levels of assistance that you can choose how much boost you want from the motor.
