Does the ebike charge as you ride?
No, not on the current version of the ebike, but for future models we are looking to feature regenerative braking to recover energy during braking. Dave, our Technical Lead, has written a blog post all about why it’s not possible for FLIT bike to charge as you pedal. How to charge your phone (FLIT-16 only)
To charge your phone remove the plastic cover on the back of the display and insert a USB cable phone charger. Then plug the charger into your phone. A USB symbol will appear on the display to indicate charging. This will reduce your Ebike’s battery.
