My ebike feels slower than usual, what's wrong?

Check the following things:

BATTERY LEVEL

If the battery is low on charge, this will affect your ebike’s speed.

Charge the battery to full to solve.

TYRE PRESSURE

You should check tyre pressure before every ride.

FLAT TYRE

Repair or replace the inner tube.

WEIGHT ON EBIKE

If you overload your bike above the maximum weight (100kg total, incl. rider) this will affect your ebike’s performance.
